Earthy Vegetable Casserole
Diced eggplant, zucchini, and broccoli crowns, a healthy heaping of sunflower seeds, with a sprinkling of parsley, oregano, sea salt, and ground red peppercorns, tossed with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, baked at 375 degrees ferenheit for 40 minutes.
Accompanied by a glass of Cuba Libre, hand pressed lime with both halves included, blue agave nectar, generous splashes of Santiago de Cuba ron blanco, and topped off with Coke Zero.

Blackberry Limeade
For the hot weather that has deliciously rolled in recently, here's a wonderful cool down beverage. Muddled blackberries and hand pressed limes with blue agave nectar for that maple fragranced sweetness without the sugar spike.

Salted Fresh Ginger for the Throat
This home remedy I got from my mum will cause spasmodic coughs from the zestiness of the fresh julienned ginger and the salt, I've added hand harvested french celtic salt - fine grain. This combination will actively seize your inflamed membranes inducing coughs but for some reason cools down the fire in the throat. Weird? Maybe. Works for me!

The Lesson
Rise above and king yourself
Revere from within
Mirror from youth
Now painted with affectionate colours
Stand tall yet bow down
Learn from rejection
Refuse to stay down
The see-saw will become a roller coaster
Take it slow
Breathe air
The freshness remembered
Prized embarkment will soon arrive

The Discovery
Shy, quiet, contentment.
Raw, beautiful, yet perfection in its imperfection.
Reverberation of soft and subtlety.
Strength in sustaining stillness.
Flourish stringing from deeper roots.
Illustrious only as a sophomore.
