Homemade Dumplings Attempt #1

My first attempt and they are massive!!! Way delicious though and better than store bought packages! There was enough napa cabbage leftover to attempt making Kimchi :)

1st Macarons Attempt: Chocolate with Chocolate Rose Ganache

This first batch took me over 5hours to prep and execute! The results were decent. I discovered a secret to awesome bittersweet chocolate ganache - rose water. I'd love to try more!
